Here's what the AT&T corporate store iPhone sales experience is like in case any of you were debating about visiting
- Me: Hi, I'm here to pick up the iPhone that's supposed to be on hold for me because my pre-order was screwed up and the AT&T CS rep reserved it for me here.
- Rep: I hope we still have some in stock
- Me: -_-
- Rep: Looks like we do. What accessories are you going to get with this?
- Me: None.
- Rep: Why not?
- Me: I don't want any.
- Rep: What about a case, did you look at them yet?
- Me: No thanks
- Rep: Why not? You need a case for this phone.
- Me: No
- Rep: Well, why aren't you saying "yes"? You can at least tell me that.
- Me: I don't want one.
- Rep: Well, I'm just looking out for your best interests and I think you should at least get a case and add our insurance onto your line to protect your investment.
- Me: Just give me the phone (sidenote: accidental raised voice at this point. everyone stares)
- Rep: Well it's a $600 phone and the case is the only way you're going to protect it.
- Me: Listen, I don't mean to be short with you and it's not entirely your fault, but it's been a long day and I'm not going to get anything but the phone so just sell me the phone please.
- Rep: Ok, but know it's your loss if you break it.
- Rep #2 (who has been near for the entire conversation): Oh, you're getting the 32GB? You'll definitely need a case for that one since it's so expensive.
- Me: I just want the phone.
A 3G speed comparison between the iPhone on Verizon and the iPhone on AT&T.

Also of note - you cannot browse the internet while simultaneously on a call on Verizon. And if you’re not on Verizon’s 3G coverage (and are therefore on their 2G coverage), any calls that come in while using data will be sent automatically to voicemail. (Verizon’s 2G coverage is pretty limited though with having a pretty robust 3G network).
